Decide in the review queue
Shortlist, start an AI phone screen or interview, move to any stage, or reject with a reason. Every decision is logged with your name and the time.

Each job's Candidates tab is its queue: the recommendation, the criteria, the stage, calls and interviews, and consent for every candidate. Review queue in the sidebar shows everyone waiting for a decision across every job, strongest evidence first.
Act on one or many
- Shortlist.
- AI phone screen or AI interview — see AI phone screens and AI video interviews.
- Move to… any other stage, such as Sent to client, Client interview, Offered, Hired or Withdrawn.
- Reject… — a reason is required, and it's kept with the decision, your name and the time.
Select several candidates to act on them at once. Every move is recorded in the candidate's history.
Client feedback on a shortlist link never moves a candidate by itself. You decide what to do with it.
