Candidates get a one-time browser link that works for 72 hours. The AI interviews them; the report is based only on what they said.

- In the review queue, choose AI interview for one or more candidates.
- HrThroo emails each one a personal link from your mailbox (after a consent request, if they haven't agreed yet).
- The candidate opens it in a browser, checks their camera and microphone, and talks to the AI interviewer in the job's language.
Each link belongs to one candidate's interview, works for 72 hours, and stops working once the interview ends. A candidate who needs a new one replies to your email.
How it's evaluated
Only on what the candidate said: the report quotes the transcript, checked the same way CV evidence is. No facial, emotion, accent or appearance scoring. Recordings are private and shared with a client only if you include them in a client link.
Interview minutes are counted like phone-screen minutes: up to 60 seconds connected is 1 minute, then each started minute. See Plans and allowances.
