Plans, allowances and minute counting
Starter, Growth and Scale are monthly plans in rupees with allowances for CV screenings, phone and interview minutes and Throo replies.

How minutes are counted
A connected call or interview of up to 60 seconds counts as 1 minute; after that, each started minute counts as a whole minute. Calls that don't connect are free. Call charges from your telephony provider are billed by that provider to you; they aren't part of your HrThroo plan.
Allowances
Allowances reset at the start of every billing period and don't carry over. When one runs out, that action is refused with a clear message until the next period. The usage meters are at the bottom of the sidebar. The welcome starter pack (50 CV screenings, 10 phone-screen minutes, 10 interview minutes) is used only after the month's allowance, and only while a plan is live.
Cancelling
Choose Cancel subscription in Settings → Billing at any time. Nothing renews: you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, then 14 days to look around and export. Without a live plan you can still sign in, export your data and choose a plan, but screening, calls and client links are paused.
