First steps: set up your workspace
Sign up with your work email, answer a few questions, choose a plan, then connect a mailbox, connect and test a phone line, and create your first job.

- Sign up with your work email (you@yourcompany.com), with a password or Google. Personal addresses like Gmail need an invitation from your team — see Team, roles and joining.
- Create your workspace. If you're the first from your company, HrThroo sets one up for your email domain. If your company already has one, you join it instead.
- Answer the welcome questions about your hiring. Finishing them adds a one-time starter pack: 50 CV screenings, 10 phone-screen minutes and 10 interview minutes, used after your monthly allowance.
- Choose a plan. See Plans and allowances.
- Work through the checklist on Jobs: connect a mailbox, connect and test a phone line, and create a job.
Colleagues who join your workspace later skip the welcome questions and the plan picker.
