Team, roles and joining by company domain
One workspace per company email domain. Colleagues join automatically, with approval or only by invitation — your choice in Settings → Team.

Roles
| Role | What they can do |

Work emails only
HrThroo accounts use a work email. A personal address (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com and the like) can sign up only through an invitation to that exact address.
Joining from your company domain
A workspace belongs to the email domain of the person who created it, and each domain has one workspace. When someone signs up with that domain, what happens depends on the choice under Settings → Team:

| Join automatically | Anyone with a verified email on your domain joins as a recruiter. |
| Need approval | They ask to join; an owner or admin approves or declines in Settings → Team, and gets a bell notification. |
| Invite only | Only people you invite can join. |
People who join skip the welcome questions and the plan picker. Someone whose request was declined needs an invitation.
Inviting
In Settings → Team, an owner or admin invites by email as Recruiter or Admin. The invitation works for any address, including a personal one.
