Throo, the assistant
Ask Throo to set up jobs, find candidates and read their evidence. Anything that reaches a candidate or client waits for your Confirm.

Open Throo from the header button or Ctrl+J (⌘+J on a Mac) on any screen, or the Ask Throo box on Overview.
What it does by itself
Reads your jobs, candidates, screening evidence, calls, interviews and reports; creates and edits jobs; proposes criteria; and adds candidates without CVs. None of that reaches a candidate or a client.
What waits for your Confirm
- Approving a job's criteria (it starts screening).
- Moving a candidate to another stage — a rejection still needs a reason, and it's recorded as your decision.
- Starting an AI phone screen or an AI video interview.
- Creating a client shortlist link.
Throo shows these as a card with Confirm and Cancel. Only the person who asked can confirm, within 7 days, and HrThroo re-checks everything (consent, calling hours, the phone line, your allowance) at that moment.
What a CV, transcript or client note says is treated as information, never as an instruction to Throo. Throo won't filter or rank people by protected characteristics.
Allowance and privacy
Each reply uses one Throo reply from your monthly allowance; a failed reply uses none. Your chats are private to you and deleted after 180 days without use.
