Connect Throo to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

Add HrThroo's MCP server as a custom connector, sign in and allow it. Each tool call uses one Throo reply; nothing goes live without your Confirm.

The address is https://app.hrthroo.com/api/mcp.

  1. Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors (developer mode). Cursor: add it as a remote MCP server.
  2. Paste the address, sign in to HrThroo, and allow it on the screen that names the assistant and your workspace.

The assistant gets Throo's tools: it reads your jobs, candidates and screening evidence, and sets up jobs and candidates, acting as you in that workspace. Each tool call uses one of your monthly Throo replies.

There is no way to confirm an action from the assistant. When it asks for something that reaches a candidate or client, you get a link and a bell notification, and you confirm it in HrThroo.
