How screening evidence works

Each criterion gets a status and a quote from the CV. A quote that isn't really in the CV becomes insufficient evidence. The AI recommends; you decide.

Last updated

Every CV is screened against the job's approved criteria. For each criterion you see whether it's met, partly met, missing or has insufficient evidence — and the quote from the CV behind it.

Quotes are checked

HrThroo checks every quote against the CV's text. If the AI claims a criterion is met with a quote the CV doesn't contain, that criterion becomes insufficient evidence.

The recommendation

The screening ends in a recommendation — strong, possible, insufficient evidence or not matched — and the application lands in the review queue. The AI never rejects, never moves a candidate on, and never scores faces, emotions or appearance.

What it costs

One CV screened against one job's approved criteria is one CV screening from your monthly allowance. A retry after a failure isn't charged twice.
