Business Brain: what your AI agents may say

Write the facts your AI calls and interviews may tell candidates. Only facts an owner or admin verified are said; pay stays private until shared.

Last updated

Candidates ask the AI where the office is, how many days are in the office, or what the notice period is. Business Brain (in the sidebar) is where you write those answers, for the whole workspace, one client or one job.

How an answer reaches a candidate

  1. Anyone on the team adds a fact. It starts as a Draft, which is never said.
  2. An owner or admin checks it and presses Verify.
  3. "AI agents may tell candidates" is on for most topics, and off for pay until someone turns it on.

The nearest answer wins: a job's answer beats its client's, which beats the workspace's. The preview at the bottom shows exactly what an agent calling about that job is given.

If the answer isn't there, the agent says the recruiter will confirm. It never guesses a salary, and nothing in the Business Brain is used to score, rank or decide about a candidate.

Files

Upload policies, client decks or FAQs (PDF, Word, .txt or .md, up to 4 MB) to search them, or let Throo look things up. Files are private, can't be downloaded back, and are never read out to candidates: write the facts you want said.

With Throo

Ask Throo what the Business Brain says, or to draft a fact. Throo only adds Drafts; verifying one for candidates waits for an owner's or admin's Confirm. See Throo, the assistant.
