# HrThroo

> Recruitment software for Indian agencies and HR teams: CV screening that quotes its evidence, AI phone screens and video interviews, and client shortlists.

HrThroo is made by Brandstac Private Limited (Brandstac), New Delhi, India. Brandstac is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program; membership is not an endorsement of HrThroo by NVIDIA.

## What it does
- A recruiter creates a job; AI proposes must-have and nice-to-have criteria, and the recruiter approves them before any CV is screened.
- CVs arrive by bulk upload (PDF, DOCX), CSV import, or a public apply page per job.
- Each CV is screened against the approved criteria, with a quote from the CV as evidence for every criterion. Claims the CV can't support are marked "insufficient evidence".
- AI never rejects a candidate. A person decides in a review queue.
- AI phone screens in Indian languages (Sarvam AI speech inside LiveKit), from the customer's own phone number, only for candidates who consented, between 10:00 and 19:00 IST. The AI discloses that it is an AI and that the call is recorded; saying "stop" opts out.
- AI video interviews through a one-time browser link, evaluated only on what was said. No facial, emotion or appearance scoring.
- Candidate emails go from the recruiter's own mailbox (Gmail, Zoho or SMTP).
- Client shortlist links expire, can be revoked, log every open, and collect client feedback.

## Plans (prices in INR, taxes as applicable)
- Starter: ₹10,000 a month before taxes. 1,000 CV screenings, 500 AI phone-screen minutes, 120 AI video-interview minutes, 300 Throo replies a month. For a small desk filling a handful of roles a month.
- Growth: ₹20,000 a month before taxes. 2,500 CV screenings, 1,400 AI phone-screen minutes, 480 AI video-interview minutes, 1,000 Throo replies a month. For agencies running several clients' roles at once.
- Scale: ₹30,000 a month before taxes. 4,000 CV screenings, 2,600 AI phone-screen minutes, 1,000 AI video-interview minutes, 3,000 Throo replies a month. For high-volume hiring across teams and clients.
- Billing: A connected call or interview of up to 60 seconds counts as 1 minute; after that, each started minute counts as a whole minute. Calls that don't connect are free.
- Calls go out through your own phone number, so call charges from your telephony provider are billed by that provider to you. They aren't part of your HrThroo plan.
